A man at ease with himself ... and the world!

I am a journalist and film-maker and I have worked for a number of media organisations including: Agence France Presse (AFP) (Hong Kong), Channel Four (UK), NHK (Japan), The Independent (UK) and The Times (UK). I am from London and have lived and worked in Hong Kong, Italy, Switzerland and Thailand.
